  • Awards ceremony and dinner

    Great Court, British Museum

  • What We Did

    • Served pre dinner drinks and canapés in the Egyptian Gallery which houses the iconic Rosetta stone
    • Transformed the stunning Great Court for dinner in the short time after the museum closed and before the guests arrived (about an hour)
    • Created defined spaces with a clever use of props including flowers, plants and decorative screens
    • Adapted the existing spaces for an evening event without losing the impact of the incredible architecture, impressive glass roof and white marble interior
  • The JG Touch

    • We sent in an early morning team between 7am and 9am on the day of the event to put in place a number of time saving ‘tricks’ to speed up the set up process for the evening
    • Delivered an outstanding menu and quality of food which the client told us “reinforced the organisation’s brand values and the event message of rewarding excellence”
