    Trinity House

  • What We Did

    With its maritime links, Trinity House was the perfect venue for this lunchtime wine tasting. We developed bespoke canapes to complement the special edition white and rose wines including:

    • Scallops in handmade pastry shells 
    • Parmesan wafer with quail's egg
    • Chilli cornbread flower pots with crab tian 

    Lunch was served on a long table in the Library where guests sampled the lively Mouton Cadet red wine with a delicious steak lunch 

  • The JG Touch

    • Working closely with the venue and the client, our chefs created a menu designed around the flavours and terroire of the special edition Mouton Cadet wines
    • Our project management and waiting team worked closely with Edgar King and his team at Trinity House to ensure the food and wine were served around the changing timetable of events. There were many guests and VIPs to manage throughout the event including Sir Russell Coutts, five times winner of the America's Cup. 
    • We have worked at Trinity House for many years and our experience of the venue and the team enabled us to deliver a smooth and seamless event for an exacting audience of wine and maritime writers.
